We got your books! I love them! The kids were so excited to read them. Right after, Ace (he’s been scared a lot lately) said “I am brave” and went to get his water bottle by himself downstairs. Such a great message for kids! And the artwork is so cool.
The most powerful thing in this book was reading “The mirror is so magical when you say nice things about yourself!”. Such a great reminder for people of all ages to be kind to yourself and it doesn’t do any good to be mean to yourself!
The book starts and ends with wonderful affirmations and images of strong little Millie. Millie is loved and she shows her teams how to say affirmations, believing in themselves and getting “the green” from the the magic mirror (self). Great book on teaching children to believe in themselves.
Bravo to the author! Such an awesome read for young children starting out on their journey of self discovery. The younger, the sooner, the better. Never too soon to start having self love.
Such a powerful book with proper representation! It’s important to speak affirmations & uplifting words to your sons & daughters at a very early age they don’t look for approval in the wrong people. This book allows you to do that for your kids if they aren’t reading on their own yet & for themselves if they are reading on their own. My daughter loves her book! Get it for your kids immediately!
