Returned Packages:
If your package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s), minus the shipping charge.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier to address the issue directly. mylittlemillie.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed automatically through our secure merchant processor and sent for production and shipment as soon as they are placed, incurring irreversible fees.

Cancellations Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 20% cancellation fee plus a $1.50 processing fee will apply.
Cancellations After Shipping: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will incur a 20% cancellation fee plus a $1.50 processing fee plus any shipping and handling fees.

Refund Policy on Digital Products

Refunds for physical products are processed once the item is returned. However, for digital products, since there is no way to return the purchased item, our automatic software does not allow refunds on electronic products, as they are delivered instantly to your email.
